1. Taylor Eaton Coaching LLC is not responsible for your earnings, the success or failure of your personal or business decisions, the increase or decrease of your finances or income level, or any other result of any kind that you may have as a result of working with Taylor Eaton Coaching LLC, from a reading you may receive from Taylor Coaching LLC, or from any information presented from our website, programs, membership site or working with Taylor Eaton Coaching LLC. You, and you alone are solely responsible for your finances and financial results.

2. All Human Design readings and information are for Entertainment Purposes ONLY, and you are responsible for your own life and decisions. Taylor Eaton Coaching LLC is not qualified to give Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice, does not purport to do so, and takes no responsibility whatsoever for individual interpretations of the readings provided. The Readings provided is not a substitute for professional, legal, financial medical or psychiatric advice. The sessions are not intended to replace the services of an attorney, financial advisor, or a trained healthcare professional or be a substitute for medical attention. With regards to any and all matters relating to your physical, psychological and mental health, it is solely your responsibility to consult a physician.

4. Lifetime access to a product is for the lifetime of the product. You will have access to the product for a minimum of 12 months from date of purchase, with continued access thereafter for as long as the product continues to be supported by Taylor Eaton Coaching LLC through Squarespace, YouTube, Facebook, Soundcloud, and/or Kajabi LLC.

5. Lifetime access to the program material will only be granted once all of your payments are complete. Should you fail to complete all your payments, you will lose access to all program content and you will not receive a refund of any previous payments made. 

6. Taylor Eaton Coaching LLC holds all rights to the content in this program. The content in this program is not to be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared with others.

7. All calls must be used within the 16 weeks that the program is running live. Any calls not used during that time will expire, unless an agreement can be made with Taylor Eaton Coaching LLC via email before the calls are set to expire.

8. All calls will be recorded by Taylor Eaton Coaching LLC so that you can download them. All call recordings will be emailed to you within 48 hours of the call and must be downloaded within a week.

9. In the event that you cannot appear on a call at the scheduled time, please inform Taylor Eaton Coaching LLC via email at [email protected] as soon as possible. Taylor Eaton Coaching LLC will reschedule your call once (availability will be subject to Taylor Eaton's schedule). Missing the rescheduled call may result in forfeiting the call altogether with no refund or requirement for Taylor Eaton Coaching LLC to fulfill or reschedule the call.

10. If you show up late to a call with no notice given via email to [email protected], you may elect to reschedule the remaining unused time of the call at the discretion of Taylor Eaton Coaching LLC.

11. In the event that Taylor Eaton cannot appear on a scheduled call, you will be notified via email as soon as possible and will be offered the opportunity to reschedule your call.

12. Private Voxer support expectations and restrictions: Taylor Eaton will check your private Voxer chat at least 1 time per day (Monday through Friday) throughout the program. She will reply to any questions you've left there, but may not always send a message if you have not asked any questions/left any new messages since her last check in. All messages must be reasonable lengths (a few short paragraphs for text messages / 3 minutes maximum for all voice messages - which does not mean you can send several 3 minute messages, it means you will need to keep your messages intentional / not rambling).

13. In the event that Taylor Eaton cannot check your Voxer chat due to illness or any other reason, she will let you know as soon as possible and do additional checks/messages on the weekend or extend your Voxer support out past the program for as many days as she was unable to check in.

14. Any personal information that you provide to Taylor Eaton Coaching LLC or any of its affiliated companies or individuals (such as birth information for Human Design Readings) may be provided to and stored on third party websites for the sole purpose of generating your Human Design chart. As such, please do not provide us with any personal information that you do not wish for us to have or share with third party website for chart generation. Taylor Eaton Coaching LLC will never sell your personal information. 

15. By enrolling with the payment plan option, you are agreeing to complete all payments as laid out in your payment plan. Your payment plan may not be cancelled before all payments have been completed.
